Quote: "The world can talk, and the world can stare, but my identity’s in Yeshua (Jesus) — that’s the truth I wear! Titles and medals may come and go, but my place in Christ will always show."
Scripture: Galatians 2:20: "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me."
Prayer: Father, let my identity be rooted in You alone, so that everything I am reflects Your love and grace. Amen.
Message from Minister Ibn Ali:
Thank you all for being here today. I'm truly grateful to share this moment with you and to open up about a truth that's transformed my life. And I want you to know right off the bat, this message is as much for me as it is for you. It's about finding strength and identity—not in what the world says, but in who Jesus says we are.
Have you ever had a time in your life where you felt like you didn't measure up? Like you were trying to fit into a mold that wasn't made for you? I think we've all been there. I remember a season in my own life where I was trying so hard to meet everyone's expectations. I felt like I had to live up to this image that was never truly me—always putting on a brave face, striving to be what I thought others wanted, needing that constant affirmation. I thought that if I could just accomplish more, do better, or prove myself, then maybe I'd finally feel secure, finally be "enough."
But the thing about striving for worth through the world's eyes is that it's exhausting. Because no matter how hard we try, there's always something more. And in that season of my life, I realized I was missing the point entirely. It wasn't until I came face-to-face with Galatians 2:20—where Paul says, "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me"—that I began to understand who I really was.
It's as if God was saying to me, "Stop trying to earn what I have already freely given. Your value, your identity—it's not something you have to achieve. It's already found in Me." That truth hit me deep, and it was humbling. Because it meant letting go of the image I thought I needed to uphold and accepting that, in Christ, I am already enough.
You see, the world can talk, and the world can stare, but our identity isn't found in titles, in medals, or in the approval of others. Those things come and go. But who we are in Jesus—that's unshakable. When I started living from that truth, it was like a weight lifted. I didn't have to prove myself to anyone. My purpose, my strength, my identity—they weren't found in what I could achieve. They were found in the One who lives in me, the One who calls me His own.
And maybe you're hearing this today and thinking, "That sounds great, but I still feel like I'm not enough." Maybe you're facing a situation right now that's making you question your worth or wonder if you're capable of being the person God calls you to be. But let me encourage you—God doesn't ask us to be perfect. He doesn't call us to live up to an impossible standard. He calls us to Himself, to a place where we can be real, where we can be seen and loved for who we are. And it's in that relationship with Him that we find our true identity.
Because when you know who you are in Christ, it changes everything. It means that when we stumble, when we fail, when the world criticizes, our foundation is still solid. Because it's not about us—it's about Him. Christ lives in us. His love defines us, His grace strengthens us, and His purpose is what drives us.
This is the heart of Galatians 2:20—it's a declaration of surrender, but it's also a declaration of freedom. Freedom from the pressure to measure up. Freedom from the fear of not being enough. Because if we are crucified with Christ, if we no longer live but Christ lives in us, then we are no longer bound by the world's expectations. We're no longer limited by our own doubts or insecurities. We are empowered by His presence, His love, His purpose in us.
So if you're here today feeling like you don't quite measure up, I want you to remember this: you are loved deeply by a God who sees you, who knows you, and who has already claimed you as His own. Your identity isn't something you have to hustle for or prove. It's a gift, one that was given freely on the cross and that no one can take away from you.
Let's live from that truth. Let's stop listening to the voices that say we're not enough, and start listening to the One who says, "You are mine." When we embrace our identity in Christ, we find a confidence that's not rooted in pride but in humble assurance. We can face the challenges, the criticisms, and the doubts, not because we're perfect, but because He is perfect in us.
Let's pray together. Father, I ask that You root our identities deeply in You. Strip away any false labels, any fears, any doubts. Let Your love fill every part of us. We surrender our hearts to You, Jesus. Remind us that we are Yours, that we are loved beyond measure, and that nothing can separate us from Your grace. May everything we are reflect Your love and grace. Amen.

Ibn Ali (nephew of the original GOAT - Muhammad Ali) and Attorney Tom Renz have launched a ministry based on their mutual love and respect for Jesus Christ and recognition that to love Christ is to fight for him. These warriors believe it is their duty to bring the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to all people - sinners and saints. Our ministry will partner with and work with all churches and all people to promote the word of God. We encourage people to join our ministry and also to become more active in your own church. Our ministry maintains the following firmly held religious beliefs:
1. JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD AND THROUGH HIM YOU MAY FIND SALVATION.
2. FREEDOM IS INHERENT TO ALL PEOPLE.
3. FREEDOM COMES FROM EQUAL TREATMENT AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY UNDER THE LAW.
4. MANKIND IS MADE IN THE IMAGE OF GOD.
5. CHILDREN ARE SACRED.
6. NO FOOD SHOULD BE CONSUMED THAT HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO UNNATURAL GENE THERAPIES.
7. WAR IS MORALLY WRONG UNLESS IT IS DONE IN SELF DEFENSE OR IN SUPPORT OF GOD’S COMMANDS.
8. VACCINES CREATED INVOLVING ABORTED FETAL CELLS, ANY FOREVER CHEMICALS/MATERIALS OR ANY GENETIC MATERIAL ARE MORALLY WRONG AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN.
Our intent is to support our members in each of these - as well as other - critical issues. If there are forced vaccinations in the future, we will stand up. When bad people try and push pornography in schools or other such ideals we will fight back. When freedom is threatened we will speak out. If you support our views please join us.
