Confidence Isn't Just In What I Can Do

Quote: "Confidence isn’t just in what I can do; it’s knowing my Father’s got me through and through. I’m bold as a lion, strong as can be, because in His arms, I’m always free."

Scripture: Ephesians 2:10: "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

Prayer: Yeshua (Jesus), remind me that my worth comes from being Yours. Help me walk boldly in that truth. Amen.

The Kingdom Fight

Word from Minister Ibn Ali:

Let's take a moment to reflect on something simple but profound: Confidence. Not the kind the world talks about, the kind that's tied to our achievements or how others see us, but the kind that flows from knowing who we are and whose we are.

"Confidence isn't just in what I can do; it's knowing my Father's got me through and through. I'm bold as a lion, strong as can be, because in His arms, I'm always free."

Let's root this truth in the Word. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us: "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

You are God's handiwork. You are His masterpiece. Let that settle in your spirit for a moment. The Creator of the universe, the One who spoke the stars into existence, looked at you and said, "This one, I'll make with care. I'll design them with purpose. I'll set them apart for something only they can do."

But let's be honest: life doesn't always make it easy to believe that, does it? The weight of daily struggles can press in. The demands of work, family, finances—just trying to get through the day can make you forget that you're more than a list of tasks to accomplish. Maybe you've been in that place where comparison creeps in. You see others thriving, succeeding, and you wonder, "Why not me? What am I doing wrong?"

Let me speak to that. You're not forgotten. You're not overlooked. God doesn't rush through His masterpieces. Just because you don't see movement doesn't mean He's not working. Sometimes, the greatest works take time, and what He's building in you—oh, it's worth the wait.

When the world shouts, "Prove yourself!" Yeshua whispers, "Rest in Me." When the enemy hisses, "You're not enough," Yeshua declares, "You are Mine." That's where your confidence comes from. It's not rooted in what you can do but in the unshakable truth that your Father's got you—through and through. He's never letting go.

You don't have to earn His love or approval. You already have it. Think about that child holding their parent's hand, unbothered by the chaos around them. They're not worried about the future because they know who's leading them. That's you, beloved. That's the kind of boldness and strength you carry because of who's holding you.

And when you begin to walk in that confidence—not in yourself, but in Yeshua—it changes how you move through the world. You start seeing yourself the way He does: as chosen, called, and capable. You stop shrinking back in fear and start stepping forward, knowing He's gone before you.

But here's the thing: this boldness isn't just for you. When you live in the fullness of who you are in Him, it spills over. Your freedom inspires others to seek their own. Your confidence draws others to the One who gave it to you. That's what it means to do the "good works" Ephesians talks about. It's not about striving or performing; it's about living as the masterpiece He created you to be.

So, how do you step into this? Start by going back to His Word. Let it remind you of who you are. Let it silence the lies of the enemy and the noise of the world. Pray and ask Yeshua to show you how He sees you. Because when you see yourself through His eyes, everything shifts. And surround yourself with people who will call out the gold in you—people who will remind you of the truth when you forget.

Beloved, you are not what the world says you are. You are not what your past says you are. You are not even what your own doubts and fears say you are. You are God's handiwork. You are bold, strong, and free. In His arms, there is no fear, no shame, no striving. Just freedom.

So today, I challenge you: walk boldly in who you are in Yeshua. Not timidly, not halfway, but boldly. The world doesn't need more people trying to measure up; it needs sons and daughters of God walking in the fullness of their identity, reminding others that they, too, were made for more.

Let's pray: Yeshua, remind us that our worth comes from being Yours. Help us to see ourselves the way You see us. Teach us to walk boldly in that truth, trusting that You've prepared us for every good work. Strengthen us to live as Your masterpiece, reflecting Your love and freedom to those around us. Amen.

Now go live boldly. You are His. And that's enough.

Ibn Ali (nephew of the original GOAT - Muhammad Ali) and Attorney Tom Renz have launched a ministry based on their mutual love and respect for Jesus Christ and recognition that to love Christ is to fight for him. These warriors believe it is their duty to bring the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to all people - sinners and saints. Our ministry will partner with and work with all churches and all people to promote the word of God. We encourage people to join our ministry and also to become more active in your own church. Our ministry maintains the following firmly held religious beliefs:

1. JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD AND THROUGH HIM YOU MAY FIND SALVATION.

2. FREEDOM IS INHERENT TO ALL PEOPLE.

3. FREEDOM COMES FROM EQUAL TREATMENT AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY UNDER THE LAW.

4. MANKIND IS MADE IN THE IMAGE OF GOD.

5. CHILDREN ARE SACRED.

6. NO FOOD SHOULD BE CONSUMED THAT HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO UNNATURAL GENE THERAPIES.

7. WAR IS MORALLY WRONG UNLESS IT IS DONE IN SELF DEFENSE OR IN SUPPORT OF GOD’S COMMANDS.

8. VACCINES CREATED INVOLVING ABORTED FETAL CELLS, ANY FOREVER CHEMICALS/MATERIALS OR ANY GENETIC MATERIAL ARE MORALLY WRONG AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN.

Our intent is to support our members in each of these - as well as other - critical issues. If there are forced vaccinations in the future, we will stand up. When bad people try and push pornography in schools or other such ideals we will fight back. When freedom is threatened we will speak out. If you support our views please join us.
