I Can Do All Things Through Christ

Quote: "Obstacles don’t scare me, no sirree! They’re God’s way of showing what’s inside of me. When life gets tough and the road gets steep, I’ll rise above, in faith, I’ll leap!"

Scripture: Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Prayer: Father, thank You for turning every obstacle into a stepping stone. Help me to trust Your strength in every challenge. Amen.

Message from Minister Ibn Ali:

Good evening, brothers and sisters. My name is Ibn Ali Muhammad Ali, and I stand before you today as a man who has seen the peaks of triumph and the valleys of trials. As the nephew of Muhammad Ali, I was born into a legacy of greatness. But let me tell you this—life doesn't hand you greatness without challenges. You have to fight for it, you have to rise above the obstacles, and you have to believe in the strength that God has placed within you. That belief is what has carried me through my journey, both in the ring as a retired cruiserweight champion and in life itself.

I want to start by sharing a powerful quote that resonates deeply with my life:

"Obstacles don't scare me, no sirree! They're God's way of showing what's inside of me. When life gets tough and the road gets steep, I'll rise above, in faith, I'll leap!"

This isn't just a catchy line; it's a life philosophy. It reminds us that obstacles are not there to break us, but to reveal who we are. Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This verse has been my foundation, my anchor. It's a declaration of power, not my own, but the strength that comes from Christ.

Let me take you back to a moment in my life when this truth became real to me.

As a professional boxer, I was used to the physical challenges of the ring—the punches, the sweat, the training. But the greatest fight of my life wasn't under the bright lights of an arena. It was during a season of injury and uncertainty. At the height of my career, a devastating injury sidelined me. Doctors told me I might never fight again. The doubts started creeping in. What if they were right? What if my journey ended there?

But then I remembered something my uncle used to say: "Don't count the days; make the days count." I stopped focusing on the limits others had placed on me and started focusing on the limitless strength that God provides. I leaned into prayer. I held onto Philippians 4:13 as if my life depended on it—because in many ways, it did. I prayed, "Father, thank You for turning every obstacle into a stepping stone. Help me to trust Your strength in every challenge."

And you know what? God did just that. He didn't remove the obstacle, but He gave me the strength to rise above it. Every day of rehab was a lesson in perseverance. Every time I wanted to give up, I felt His strength pushing me forward. Slowly but surely, I fought my way back—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. When I returned to the ring, I wasn't the same fighter. I was stronger. I wasn't just fighting for titles; I was fighting to show the world that with God's strength, no obstacle is too great.

Life is a lot like boxing. It doesn't matter how many punches you take; what matters is that you keep getting up. And trust me, there will be punches. Some will come from unexpected places—loss, disappointment, fear. But let me tell you something: those punches are not the end of your story. They are God's way of showing you what's inside of you.

Right now, you might be facing your own challenges. Maybe it's a broken relationship, a financial struggle, or a health scare. Maybe the road ahead seems so steep that you're tempted to stop climbing. But I want to remind you of this: Obstacles don't scare us. They're just opportunities for God to show us how strong we are with Him by our side.

Take a moment to think about the battles you've already won. You've made it through hard times before, haven't you? You've survived things you once thought were impossible. That's the strength God has placed inside you. It's the same strength that carried me from injury to victory. It's the same strength that carried my uncle, Muhammad Ali, when the world doubted him. It's the same strength that can carry you, no matter what you're facing today.

So, what do we do when life gets tough? We rise above. We leap in faith. We declare, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This isn't just a verse; it's a promise. It's God's assurance that His power is made perfect in our weakness.

Tonight, I challenge you to stop seeing obstacles as roadblocks and start seeing them as stepping stones. Trust that God is using every challenge to shape you, to refine you, to make you stronger. And when you rise above, when you leap in faith, you won't just change your own life—you'll inspire others to do the same.

Let me leave you with this prayer:

"Father, thank You for turning every obstacle into a stepping stone. Help us to trust Your strength in every challenge. Remind us that through You, all things are possible. Amen."

May you walk in that truth. May you rise above every obstacle, and may your life be a testament to the power of faith, perseverance, and God's unshakable strength. Thank you, and God bless.

Ibn Ali (nephew of the original GOAT - Muhammad Ali) and Attorney Tom Renz have launched a ministry based on their mutual love and respect for Jesus Christ and recognition that to love Christ is to fight for him. These warriors believe it is their duty to bring the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to all people - sinners and saints. Our ministry will partner with and work with all churches and all people to promote the word of God. We encourage people to join our ministry and also to become more active in your own church. Our ministry maintains the following firmly held religious beliefs:

1. JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD AND THROUGH HIM YOU MAY FIND SALVATION.

2. FREEDOM IS INHERENT TO ALL PEOPLE.

3. FREEDOM COMES FROM EQUAL TREATMENT AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY UNDER THE LAW.

4. MANKIND IS MADE IN THE IMAGE OF GOD.

5. CHILDREN ARE SACRED.

6. NO FOOD SHOULD BE CONSUMED THAT HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO UNNATURAL GENE THERAPIES.

7. WAR IS MORALLY WRONG UNLESS IT IS DONE IN SELF DEFENSE OR IN SUPPORT OF GOD’S COMMANDS.

8. VACCINES CREATED INVOLVING ABORTED FETAL CELLS, ANY FOREVER CHEMICALS/MATERIALS OR ANY GENETIC MATERIAL ARE MORALLY WRONG AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN.

Our intent is to support our members in each of these - as well as other - critical issues. If there are forced vaccinations in the future, we will stand up. When bad people try and push pornography in schools or other such ideals we will fight back. When freedom is threatened we will speak out. If you support our views please join us.
