Quote: "Words hold power, that much I know. I'll speak life and truth wherever I go. I choose to uplift, to build up and cheer, bringing God's love to those far and near."
Scripture: Proverbs 18:21: "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit."
Prayer: Father, help me to use my words wisely, letting them be a source of encouragement and life to others. Amen.
Message from Minister Ibn Ali:
It is such an honor to stand before you today and share a message that I believe has the power to transform our lives. A message that reminds us of the incredible force we carry within us—the power of our words.
There's a quote that I live by, one that I created and hold dear:
"Words hold power, that much I know. I'll speak life and truth wherever I go. I choose to uplift, to build up and cheer, bringing God's love to those far and near."
And this truth is deeply rooted in Scripture. Proverbs 18:21 tells us:
"The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit."
Think about that for a moment. Our words have the power of life and death. What we speak, whether to ourselves or to others, carries weight. It shapes our realities. It builds up or tears down. It creates or destroys. And every single day, we have a choice—to speak life or to speak death.
I don't know about you, but I have seen firsthand the power of words. I have seen how an encouraging word at just the right time can lift someone out of despair. How a word of affirmation can push someone to pursue their dreams when they were about to give up. I've also seen how careless, harsh words can wound deeply, leaving scars that last for years.
Maybe some of you have experienced this too. Maybe someone once spoke negativity over you—told you that you weren't good enough, that you would never succeed, that you didn't have what it takes. And maybe, just maybe, those words took root in your heart, and you started to believe them.
But today, I want to tell you something powerful: You are not the words that others have spoken over you. You are who God says you are. And God says you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). He says that you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). He says that you have a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
So today, I challenge you—speak life! Over yourself, over your family, over your friends, over your dreams. Speak words that uplift and empower. Words that reflect the love and truth of God.
And it starts with how we speak to ourselves. If you've ever told yourself, "I'm not good enough," I want you to replace that with, "I am more than enough in Christ." If you've ever said, "I'll never make it," I want you to start saying, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
But it doesn't stop with ourselves. We must also speak life into others. Look around you—so many people are hurting. So many are fighting silent battles, feeling unseen, unheard, and unloved. And maybe, just maybe, your words could be the very thing that changes everything for them.
A kind word, a word of encouragement, a simple "I believe in you" could be the catalyst for someone's breakthrough. Imagine a world where we all committed to building each other up instead of tearing each other down. A world where every conversation we had left someone feeling stronger, more hopeful, and more loved.
You and I can create that world—one word at a time.
So today, let this be our prayer:
"Father, help me to use my words wisely, letting them be a source of encouragement and life to others. Amen."
Let's make the decision right now to be people who uplift, who cheer others on, who bring love, joy, and hope wherever we go. Let's be intentional about the words we speak because our words hold power, and with them, we can change lives.
So go out today and speak life. You never know whose heart you'll heal, whose spirit you'll uplift, or whose destiny you'll help unlock.
Thank you, and God bless you.

Ibn Ali (nephew of the original GOAT - Muhammad Ali) and Attorney Tom Renz have launched a ministry based on their mutual love and respect for Jesus Christ and recognition that to love Christ is to fight for him. These warriors believe it is their duty to bring the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to all people - sinners and saints. Our ministry will partner with and work with all churches and all people to promote the word of God. We encourage people to join our ministry and also to become more active in your own church. Our ministry maintains the following firmly held religious beliefs:
1. JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD AND THROUGH HIM YOU MAY FIND SALVATION.
2. FREEDOM IS INHERENT TO ALL PEOPLE.
3. FREEDOM COMES FROM EQUAL TREATMENT AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY UNDER THE LAW.
4. MANKIND IS MADE IN THE IMAGE OF GOD.
5. CHILDREN ARE SACRED.
6. NO FOOD SHOULD BE CONSUMED THAT HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO UNNATURAL GENE THERAPIES.
7. WAR IS MORALLY WRONG UNLESS IT IS DONE IN SELF DEFENSE OR IN SUPPORT OF GOD’S COMMANDS.
8. VACCINES CREATED INVOLVING ABORTED FETAL CELLS, ANY FOREVER CHEMICALS/MATERIALS OR ANY GENETIC MATERIAL ARE MORALLY WRONG AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN.
Our intent is to support our members in each of these - as well as other - critical issues. If there are forced vaccinations in the future, we will stand up. When bad people try and push pornography in schools or other such ideals we will fight back. When freedom is threatened we will speak out. If you support our views please join us.
